DimphoML does not store contact-form submissions, collect analytics or set its own advertising cookies. Enquiries continue through the visitor’s email provider and Dimpho’s contact team. The official TikTok creator feed on the Vlog page is delivered by TikTok, whose privacy and cookie practices apply when that embedded surface loads.
Selected photographs from Dimpho’s own feed are reproduced locally on this first-party site at the project owner’s direction. Gallery links preserve attribution and open each original post. The site does not scrape social platforms, use unofficial embeds or require a social access token. The latest-vlog surface is TikTok’s official creator-profile embed; TikTok remains the host and moderator of that content.
AI may support moodboards, storyboards and previsualisation. It must not be presented as proof that Dimpho used a product, visited a place or endorsed a campaign when she did not.
No digital double, face model, body model, synthetic voice or identity-replicating system may be trained or used without Dimpho’s explicit, informed and recorded approval.
The experience targets WCAG 2.2 AA practices, including semantic structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus, responsive type, contrast and reduced-motion support.
A submitted brief is an invitation to discuss; it is not a contract. Content creation, posting, licensing, paid media, territory, duration and exclusivity are confirmed separately.
